Craig Catto is an Admitted Attorney at VST Attorneys, Bellville, practising in civil litigation, commercial law, regulatory compliance, and contract drafting. Craig holds a BCom Law degree and an LLB from Stellenbosch University. He completed his Articles of Clerkship at VST Attorneys and has since continued with the firm as a Consultant Attorney, where he independently manages a wide range of matters and maintains a strong track record in negotiation, dispute resolution, and client satisfaction.

His experience spans the drafting and review of commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, leases, sale of shares, sale of members’ interests, and hire-purchase agreements, alongside representing clients in motion court proceedings and providing regulatory guidance and compliance support.
